Research Study
Did AI play a role in how you were hired? I'd like to hear about it.
I'm an MSc researcher investigating something most organisations haven't been able to properly establish yet: what does it mean for candidates when AI is perceived to take on more of the hiring decision?
This isn't a study built to prove AI hiring is harmful — it's designed to find out what's actually happening for candidates who've noticed, suspected, or simply wondered whether AI was involved somewhere in their process. Your experience, whatever it was, is exactly what this research needs.
The research will feed directly into an Advanced Masters Project being conducted under the supervision of Hertfordshire University. The findings could help build a clearer, evidence-based picture of what AI-led hiring means for the people living through it, and what it could mean commercially for the organisations running it.
